Analysis of the interactions between physiological substances and endogenous hormones inBombax ceibabud differentiation
Abstract
Abstract
In order to reveal the morpho-physiological changes of bud differentiation inBombax ceiba, this study took Haikou City, Hainan Province as the study area, and used paraffin sections, plant physiological assays, and LC-MS, etc., and proposed to explore the changing rules during its bud differentiation. The results showed that 5Ds, CK, Auxin mainly acted in phase I and phase II, and ABA, SA, GA, ETH, JA mainly acted in phase II and phase III. A total of 20 DEMs were screened to be enriched in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and other pathways, and there were synergistic and antagonistic effects of physiological substances and hormones to regulate the flower bud differentiation. This study provides a theoretical basis for investigating the mechanism of flower formation inBombax ceibaand production practice.
Summary statement
To investigate the morphological and physiological characteristics of the bud differentiation process inBombax ceiba, and to reveal the mechanisms of physiological substances and hormone interactions.
