Research on Satisfaction and Innovation Driving Factors of Smart Health and Elderly Care Services:An Empirical Analysis from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract

With the advancement of technology and the intensification of aging, Smart Health and Elderly Care has garnered significant attention as a novel model for addressing aging challenges.Based on the perspective of new quality productive forces, this study took the elderly population in Elderly care institution in China as the research subjects,collecting 508 valid questionnaires through field surveys. First, the CRITIC-TOPSIS method was employed to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction with Smart Health and Elderly Care Services to assess the current development status; Secondly, based on the structural equation model (SEM), explore the influence paths of the five driving factors - technological innovation, market-driven, industrial integration, talent-driven, and policy-driven - on the development of Smart Health and Elderly Care under the new quality productivity. The results show that overall satisfaction with Smart Health and Elderly Care Services is improving, but guaranteed medical care needs to be further enhanced. Meanwhile, the five driving factors have a positive impact on satisfaction with Smart Health and Elderly Care Services, and technological innovation is the core driving force in promoting satisfaction with Smart Health and Elderly Care Services. Policy-driven is the guarantee effect, market-driven is the internal driving force, industrial integration is the realization approach, and talent-driven is the development foundation. The research findings reveal the impact path of innovation-driven factors on the satisfaction of Smart Health and Elderly Care Services from the perspective of new quality productivity, providing empirical evidence and practical inspiration for optimizing the supply of Smart Health and Elderly Care Services and improving the policy support system.
