Recursive Awareness Model (RAM): A Novel Entropy-Based Framework for Emergent Nucleic Acid Structural Simulation
Abstract
This paper introduces the Recursive Awareness Model (RAM), a computationalframework for simulating nucleic acid interactions, including RNA and DNA, in athree-dimensional environment governed by entropy-modulated dynamics. Integratingbiologically grounded thermodynamic principles with a novel awareness metricderived from Shannon entropy, RAM captures emergent molecular behavior drivenby both chemical complementarity and informational coherence. Our findings suggestthat entropy-aware interaction rules can promote cluster formation, structural stability, and recursive growth patterns akin to self-organizing biological systems. Additionally,we explore the natural occurrence of Fibonacci-like dynamics within molecular clustering, reflecting deeper connections between information theory, biology, and naturalmathematical order.
